EXPERIENCE

Over the past five years, Kimberly has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business, spending two and one half years in Greenville before moving to Clemson to begin work at Carolina Real Estate. In both the large scale setting of Greenville and the university setting of Clemson, Kimberly has worked and studied under two top producers in the Upstate and has grasped a working knowledge of the area and an understanding of the residential climate.

Real estate allows Kimberly to use per personal skills as well as her skills as a salesperson to mix with her personal attraction for viewing and touring homes. Kimberly enjoys interacting with the public almost as much as her attraction for residential property. This mixture of personal qualities and free time enjoyment makes Kimberly the ideal real estate professional.

EDUCATION

After moving to the Clemson area, Kimberly completed a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University before enrolling at the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate

BACKGROUND / STRENGTHS

Being a native to the Upstate and receiving an education from Clemson, Kimberly has a working knowledge of the area and the lifestyle afforded to its residents. Both qualifications allow her to better position clients into the environment that is the friendliest and most appealing to those who wish to relocate to the Upstate and those who wish to update their current living conditions. Close ties to the University gives Kimberly the advantage of being able to insure that incoming clients from the University setting are accommodated into the full life of the surrounding area.

KIMBERLY’S MOTIVATION

Kimberly is motivated by the pursuit of perfection, making sure that there is a place and a reason for everything. One of those motivations includes finding the ideal setting for new and potential clients. There is an ideal home for every individual and finding the place that best fits the intended client allows Kimberly a great deal of satisfaction.

PERSONAL, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY INTERESTS

Growing up in a small community, Kimberly is the older of two daughters. While her immediate family is small, Kimberly shares her time with a close extended family. When she is not actively working, she enjoys spending time with family, at church, and being involved with community activities.

Kimberly is currently a member of SERTOMA and was recently selected as their column writer.

Along with spending her free time with family and friends, Kimberly is always active in viewing the surrounding communities for visual identification of new and continued listings. She enjoys visiting all types of open houses, especially historical homes in the Clemson area and around the state.
