In front of the bar the cherry soffit curves to follow the radius of the bar. The 110” screen in the home theater offers comfortable leather chairs & ottomans, tiered for optimal viewing. Perhaps this should be referred to as the "entertainment" level. The master is a haven for owners with a fireplace, sitting area, spa inspired bathroom and generous 24x12 walk in closet highlighting custom Rutt cabinets. With a spacious kitchen, superb work spaces and direct access from the courtyard he and his staff enjoy the freedom the owners afford them to create a sensational dining experience. On an informal basis the grandkids delight in visiting with Nana at the eating bar. The breakfast nook is perfect for when there are no guests! Sub Zero appliances, oversized pantry, pot filler at the cook top, copper color back splash and other elements combine to define this as a true gourmet’s kitchen. The list goes on and is more than our space will allow; unbelievable grilling “closet” outside the kitchen, two built in safes with reinforced flooring, two laundry rooms, outdoor shower and much more.
